1. When will you start working on my logo design?

We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your logo request and payment.

2. How many days do you take to deliver the logo design?

We will make a presentation with five business days.

3. How will you send me the logo design?

We will provide you access to our web server where the logo design will be posted for your comments and approval.

4. How many changes can I make on the designs you provide?

We are committed to deliver a logo to your satisfaction, we will work towards that in the first instance, and request for change varies from one to 3 based on the package you choose.

5. In case I don’t like any of the logos you design?

We will make a completely new logo design. We will request direction and understand your likes and dislikes clearly before commencing a redo session of the logo.

6. Will you incorporate my own ideas in the logo design?

Certainly, provided your ideas are part of the brief in the initial stage and not after the logo design is completed.

7. Do you accept redesign of my existing logo?

Definitely, ensure that you provide clear instructions on the redesign.

8. Will you give us the rights of the logos you design?

All rights of the Artwork and Logos we design for you is your property. All material will be handed over to you.
